Completely unreliable. Didn't finish the job plus a lot of what was done was poor quality. We're now faced with the prospect of having everything ripped up and another roofer redoing most of the work which is going to cost us . We gave Alex two opportunities to fix the problems and finish the job. He promised us he would do so but let us down both times. He's gone AWOL twice - phone calls, emails etc have gone unanswered. We have reported him to Trading Standards. Service: Roof installation

I am a retired chartered Engineer..A large pantile fell and broke on my chalet bungalow..next to a flat roof.. I contacted Alex at Evoplain and he came the same day climbed up the roof about 5 metres above ground.. And identified that there were many rotted laths and would send his repair team within 2 days.. He rang me the next day and asked to fix that afternoon...and sent Stewart and Roy and Alex also arrived. An area of approx. 2metres x 5 metres was stripped of rotted laths..new membrane fitted..retiled...and lead flashing fault around the flat roof water run-off replaced. As for price ...so competative i could not beleive for the level of quick response...professionalism...superb workmanship ...also the politeness and great sense of humour.
