Incredibly rude owners that resorted to pointing in my friends face when trying to book an extra night. Group of 10 all around 24 years old so i can see the concern with noise but we were all very respectful, cleaning up every night and quiet at 11 which was asked when booking. The owner pointed in our faces and threatened to call the police if we made any noise past 11pm. Lovely views but it is in the lakes, what else would you expect. Its essentially a field with two containers for toilets and showers. Showers cost 50p on top of a 23 night for one 4 man tent. There a reason why every surrounding campsite was packed full and this was basically empty.

All I can say is the owners of this camp site are really nasty not welcoming at all! Beautiful views but can walk two minutes down the road and get much better service and a cafe on site at (water side house) so if you are off for a camping trip, dont waste your time or money on theses rude A holes! Get yourself down to water side house! Smiley faces and lovely food and drinks on site!
