Camp Eden

What a fantastic site! We have had the best stay at Camp Eden. The tents were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The pizza and pub area were fantastic being set away from the tents to keep the camping area quite. Staff were excellent, friendly and very professional, going above and beyond looking out for the welfare and enjoyment of everyone on the campsite. There were a large group of very rowdy guest who turned up very late at night on the first night who continuously disrespected the camp rules spoiling it for everyone. We were all pleased to see this matter dealt with promptly by the staff so that the whole campsite could enjoy their stay and not be spoilt by a small minority. Overall, fantastic site and we will definitely be back next year.

I have held off from submitting a review to give the management team a chance to rectify my issue it has now been 4 weeks and no contact has been made. The tents are great, the grounds are beautiful but there is not much else to do there. The staff on arrival where very friendly and gave lots of information about the site. On the 1/4 night of being there we went to have the pizza at the on-site food facility once ordered it took 2.5 hours to arrive there were other complaints about other orders to, when the pizza arrived it was ok but very very small and not worth the money. 2/4 night- there was a safeguarding incident that happen to my son a 10 year old who had been threatened to have his head smashed in and called a c**t by a 6ft 16/17 year old whilst his friend film it all on their phone, the management wouldnt listen to what had happened, their only concern was the noise we was making on the site not the welfare of a child- basically said there dont care what has happened but they would not have noise disruption on there camp and that if we carried in we would have to leave. So we said we would leave the management agreed to give us a refund as we had stay 1/4 nights and I have been ghosted ever since. I have sent 4 emails, 2 messages on their contact us page on website, 2 tweets, 1 Facebook messenger, 1 Instagram message and 1 comment on an Instagram post. In hindsight I should have called the police. Wouldnt come back purely down to the communication or lack of it I find this very unprofessional.
