I ordered a necklace with my baby boys pawprint on it and from my first email with a question to actually receiving my necklace was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. I was quoted a date that I would receive by but it came way quicker. I can only say that it is absolutely gorgeous, well made and is worth every penny, it comes in such a lovely box and the packaging is so lovingly done.
