        We stayed for 1 night the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The house was very clean and welcoming, it looked all newly refurbished .It wasn't far to Pooley Bridge and Penrith. The location was perfect as a central place to stay. We took our dog and they were dog friendly I was a bit worried about all the carpets and muddy feet but they took me to the back of the house where I could clean her down.
