Just went there because wasnt home for a DPD package. Waited in line for my turn at the post office section and he decides to go serve his friend in the shop section who came after me. Challenging him about that he didnt deny I was there first but his reason was its a bank holiday and the post office is already closed. This was 4:30 pm and the app said it closed 5pm. I had checked online for closing time and he blamed the app for being wrong so no apology at all. You cannot win over customers with that shoddy unprofessional ism
