After Vanessa's group classes finished earlier this year I really wanted to continue doing pilates so I decided to try out 1-1 sessions in the studio using the reformer machine. I am loving it and go every week! Vanessa tailored the sessions to my needs and developed exercises to support my lower back. I often leave with wobbly legs (so I know it's working) and have really noticed a positive difference in terms of muscle tone and strength. Not to mention that it's also a good opportunity to have a chat. I'm just so glad I gave it a try and am completely hooked - do give it a go!

Vanessa is very knowledgeable and tailors each session as required. Thanks to her tailored sessions I no longer have back pain and have improved flexibility. Her enthusiasm and dedication is present in every session which motivates you to push yourself each time and the results are amazing

Vanessa is extremely professional and super friendly, and makes the class very enjoyable but also very effective. It worths the effort to wake up earlier as you know you will be leaving the class with a smile on your face and well satisfied It will make you start your day with the right mood . Definitely recommend it!
