this agency has refused to manage the removal of an old mattress from a property they have let, instead telling the new tenants to flytip: dump it by the communal bins. If that reflects the professionalism and care that they approach all other dealings with, then avoid

The worst estate agency i have ever dealt with in London .Niyta have been rude and impolite sincne the start of our tenancy agreement . The property was passed to us as dirty and uncleaned and things were broken with no hot water for a month . the agents even provided us with fake cleaning invoice and kept on arguing with us until we called the cleaning company to figure it out that it was not genuine . On terminating the contract they charged us with unfair amount and even threatened to deduct the deposit money despite returning the flat and casrpets professionally cleaned . I would not suggest anyone to rent any property through this agenct based in West london as i had a horrible time dealing with the estate agents .

Overall, I am very satisfied with the interaction with the agency throughout my tenancy agreement. Gina was my contact from the agency and she was always polite and helpful. The agency managed to replace the oven in our rented flat and fix an issue with the shower head at a reasonable time. Kudos to Gina( Acton- West London) office for her kind assistance.
