Extremely happy. I went into the Carpet Store to pick out some flooring and was greeted by a very friendly team. I was unsure what would work best for my home but Callum was really helpful and patient with me in picking out the perfect carpet. 100% would use again and definitely recommend.

I cant recommend this company enough. They were extremely kind in helping me acquire a small carpet piece needed for a birthday party. They went above & beyond to help me, even carrying it to my car. Great customer service!

I ordered floor covering for my bathroom, gave dimensions and for the floorboard affect to be running longs ways of the largest dimension. Went to the shop 3 days later to collect it at the time they said it would arrive. The employee Callum after checking for sometime said , oh sorry I forgot to order it , come back in 5 days , I gave them my full address and said they would deliver it . They came a a day earlier with no prior notice and got the address wrong . I went back to the shop to collect it myself and carried it home . After unrolling it the boards are running the wrong way . Its not going to fit my bathroom. Im 180 out of pocket, no offer to fit it for free for forgetting to order it . The person in question seems to not have his mind on the job at all . Id rather be that much out of pocket than walk in that shop again . Ive used them before and had black lines going through the carpet, so to has my father, so Im more annoyed at myself for using them again .. please avoid.
