        We viewed some rental properties with Ezra and he was very helpful and knowledgeable and he was new to the job. Anything he didn't know he contacted his manager who could fill in any gaps.

        I was astounded by Mathew Gurkin's courteous and pleasant phone manner. He addressedall the essential questions while remaining patient, calm, and collected, which helped me feel less stressed. The majority of stage agents do not conduct phone conversations with the same respect and kindness as Mathew Gurkin. Unlike most other agents, I never got the impression that he was hurrying. Many thanks again!

        Following my recent move to the UK I got in contact with Ezra Watkins, from Portico, in search of an 1 bed accommodation. Ezra was very active in arranging viewings and was considerate of my time. I cannot recommend Portico enough for any sort of lettings/renting related needs!
