        Ordered two remotes, but the supplied programming instructions didnt take into account that we have two gates and so each new fob opened both gates at the same time... Called and was advised one gate should be powered down when programming the other and the remotes would need to be returned. Very quick turn around for the replacements and refunded the postage without having to be chased. New fobs now working correctly. Anyone can sell online, the difference is what happens when things go wrong...
