I have been using Mendip Autoserve for a while and also bought my second hand Mini from them. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I trust them completely in terms of servicing and generally looking after my car. Everyone there is always polite, friendly and professional and I never feel like a stupid woman who knows nothing about cars! My husband has also used them for accident damage repair and this part of the business is also excellent. Gary was very helpful and took time to ensure I was completely happy with the car . When I picked it up the outside and interior were spotless and the paperwork was ready . Very efficient service. It is so nice to have good after sales service he is sorting some issues for me and is keen to address these issues quickly. Thank you Gary I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Mendip autoserve again.
