Silver Bullet undertook a review of our insurance business including our operations and strategy, meeting with key staff and reviewing our procedures. They made recommendations as to how we can run our business more efficiently, create savings of cost and time and further improve our governance, important in the regulatory insurance environment. Silver Bullet also helped us review our IT software making improvements to the back office to help us capture customer data which has led to us being able to monitor better key performance indicators. We were really impressed with how Silver Bullet were able to understand our specialist business so quickly and worked with us to design solutions and make recommendations which met our business needs. We would definitely recommend them to others and it is great to know that in the East Grinstead, Gatwick, Sussex, Surrey, Kent Area to have such a knowledgeable, friendly and understanding business/training company so close to hand.
