I want to post a positive review for Laurus as people only seem to post negative reviews From the very beginning of our purchase to the end Heather in the sales office was so helpful & kept us fully informed the progress of our plot She took time out to address any queries we had and made our experience of buying a new build less stressful We have had minor issues with our house that were dealt with right away by the customer care team Jordan who works for Seddons the builder was always around to help with any issues I think its important to build a good relationship with anyone involved in a new development So a big thank you to all of the Laurus team Good luck with future developments

I've just been round the new development, knocking on doors to introduce myself as their ward councillor. The residents I met, that have just moved in, seemed very happy. One new resident let me have a look inside and I was impressed.

Insisted on following rules so spot on for that,very clean office No room for negotiations for new homes found sales representative to be unhelpful and strict no flexibility for a sale So we purchased elsewhere
