        Hired me a car out with no water in the washers, radiator coolant was below the minimum, no cap on the water pipe for the washers. 70 plate crossland - Pretty poor car really , service wasnt the best, I had to go all the way back to the branch so they could fill up what needed filling etc , now awaiting a different car

        Booked & paid for hire van to be collected at 8am the following day. Arrived to be told no van available & that regular customers are told to ring before booking. 1) Im not a regular. 2) Its an online booking service. Why would I ring first?! 3) Why would it take the booking (and payment) if no vans available. Not at all happy. Wasted trip to collect. System shouldnt have taken a 8am collection slot booking!
