Manchester Dog Whisperer

Martin came to our home and helped us to understand how to communicate effectively with our two rescue dogs. He gave us the tools, techniques, and guidance to teach our dogs commands and manners, and everything we needed to make having these two rescues enjoyable and rewarding. Most importantly they both started to learn and enjoy knowing what we wanted from them. At no point did either of my dogs feel upset or anxious, I know they both enjoyed the learning and training immensely. They slept for hours after Martin left. I would recommend Martin. He taught me things I would never have considered and made me look at things in a completely different way. This training will not only make my life easier but will make my dogs much happier. Thank you for everything Martin. I cant wait to teach them so much more using your training sheets.

Martin is an great trainer and my dog took to some of the training within a couple of hours. However I would strongly note that this only works well for households with ONE dog. I wish I'd known this before as the techniques require a one-on-one method between you and your dog. So for someone with two dogs, and an inability to remove one for training sessions regularly, this ended up being unsuitable for my needs.

Had Martin round today to teach my 9 month old boxer dog some basic manners absolutely brilliant experience . Martin had my dog at ease in no time teaching him manners and leash walking, after Martin left I carried on with what he had taught us both I never thought my dog would lie down when asked to, Martin had him doing this command in no time. Would highly recommend Martin is brilliant

Martin came to visit last Saturday and from the first second, he had our dog (Jasper) engaged! The methods he taught us are straight forward, effective and have been easy to continue since the session. Nearly one week on and we feel like we have a different dog! The in-home problems (barking, biting and chewing) have drastically reduced and he has become an absolute dream on the lead. What made it all the more impressive is that Jasper is due an operation and is therefore on reduced activity. All the exercises we went through were sensitive to this and Martin did everything with a great amount of care, attention and authority to get great results. Can't recommend this guy highly enough. The only down side is that what he taught us has stuck so well, it's unlikely we'll see him again!

Martin has equipped us with many techniques to keep my help our 1.5 yo staffie, all in familiar home surroundings. He is knowledgeable and helpful, injecting fun into the session. The session was tailored to our dog and he's been available for after care if required. Can't recommend him enough.
