Belle Bathrooms

Be aware of the products they provide. I was originally impressed by the bathroom installation and the way that was done. However that was done by the plumbers and not the owners Kelly and Gav. Within 2 months of installation the cabinet started to get water damage. When I raised this with them they said the cabinet is not supposed to get wet. Sounds like utter stupidity given the cabinet is placed in the bathroom and is bound to get wet when using the sink or even the shower, given how they placed my shower. I was told by Kelly that their terms stipulate that the products are not supposed to get wet. I asked to show these terms as I never signed anything. Did not hear anything back regarding this. I was told I would need to pay for extra labour to get this fixed. Again ridiculous given I was never told that the products are timber and that they are not supposed to get wet. And silly me for assuming that products in the bathroom will get wet because there is water in a bathroom. They should have explicitly told us this or made us aware when ordering these things that they are timber and will get water damage. Unfortunately after spending so much, them being so incompetent when dealing with literal damage within two months has absolutely left a distaste in my mouth. Be cautious.

Professional service at all times. Excellent communication and really reasonable pricing. Mike and his team started on the agreed date and then grafted their way through the full rip out and re-fit of our bathroom, putting up with my inability to make any decisions and giving plenty of sound guidance. The whole team were exceptional and we're absolutely chuffed with our new bathroom. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Belle Bathrooms.

We had our bathroom fitted in Nov '22 & we could not be happier with the quality and cost. Communication and knowledge from Kelly in the office was excellent, everything was arranged via email and telephone calls, Kelly was extremely patient and happy to answer all our queries. Our Installer Steve was super friendly, helpful, clean and most importantly did the job to an excellent standard. Absolutely recommended by us. 5 stars

Waiting for a new bathroom for two year Belle Bathrooms were quick to help with the remodelling of my old bathroom. From the start with helpful design advice and all options discussed along the way to the excellent end result. I couldnt be happier! Everyone needs a Tony in their life, both him and the team are very friendly, accommodating, professional, efficient, reliable, cleaned up after every job, I could go on.
