Yarwoods did a super job on our two storey extension. We thought it would be really stressful as it also involved knocking down some internal walls and replacing an archway in our kitchen, as well as replacing an old gas boiler and putting in new windows, so we were worried about a lot of dust and disruption. Liam and Jordan made the whole thing as easy for us as possible, made sure we knew when each stage of the work would start, and keeping us on top of progress. The build quality is excellent it is a stone extension and Liam sourced stone the same colour as on the existing house so the new external walls dont stand out. Johns bricklaying (if that is the right word when it is stone) was superb and everything looks fantastic. Special mention also for Lewis who did a lot of joinery inside the house which gives everything a very good finish. Top marks all round and we recommend Yarwood very highly. Loft Conversion. The whole team were brilliant from start to finish. Every aspect of the work was explained to us. The quoted price was spot on what we paid. Any concerns were dealt with effectively. Jordan, John, Lewis and Reece worked tirelessly and made a potentially very stressful experience a lot easier to cope with. Their workmanship is of high quality. They were tidy through out the build, Liam was on hand to manage the build and was very approachable. We would highly recommend using Yarwoods. Yarwood are half way through our extension. We cannot recommend them enough. From the very first time we contacted liam about what we wanted to where we are now, they have honestly been so good. We had to wait a year from signing the contract until they started but it really was worth the wait. From the brickies jimmy,josh and gaz to the joiners John and Lewis. All very polite and never stop working if you keep them fueled with tea and coffee. All the builders are excellent at their Jobs and their attention to detail is excellent.
