Limehurst Mini Market

The rudest person I've ever come across works at this shop! Desperate need of a customer service course. I've complained to Very about the store in general for not allowing very customers to pick their parcels up between certain times.....how do you know the store policy until you get to the store?? Very are now investigating this store. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: It's rather unfair having people come to your store and know nothing about a store policy until you get there. I understand any store can impose restrictions concerning the goods they sell...however not when you are affiliated to Very with whom I have spoken to in depth and will be investigating you. So no it doesn't clear it up.

Staff are really helpful, with amazing customer service, would highly recommended people to buy from here, best slushes around.
