I would never use this company again, they have been an absolute nightmare to deal with! After sending us the wrong banners that weren't fit for purpose, they dug their heels in and refused to replace them. After A LOT of phone calls and emails, they eventually agreed to 100 credit and 12% off our next order BUT seemingly never had any intention of actually seeing it through. After over a month of trying to get an order through to spend our credit and being messed around completely, I've now received some signs that are such bad quality print that they can't be used. Awful company to deal with!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I paced an order on 22nd April and paid 31.99 for express shipping to receive by 27th April as advised by their customer service advisor Luke. I sent my artwork on the same day and it was approved on the same day and I received the email confirmation that the order has been processed. The delivery didn't come on 27th so I contacted them on 28th, and experienced the worst customer service by Luke. Not a single apology for the company being unable to fulfil the order and breaking the sale contract. Then spent a few hours emailing back and forth with another customer service advisor to refund me my money. Then I was referred to the complaint department and received an email saying I will be contacted within 24 hours to resolve this. Five days have passed and I still haven't heard from them so I emailed them again on 3rd May. Still no response whatsoever! I will be taking the next steps to report this matter to my financial institution.
