I have been working with Gareth as my personal trainer since April 2021, doing between 1 or 2 sessions per week and we continue to work together. I find him to be very approachable and flexible when to comes to training and booking sessions. He has personalised his training methods for my own personal goals and has remained very dynamic in his approach to ensure that I remain consistent in my training. He has provided me with a variety of different training plans that I can carry out on my own time , at my own request and also guided me into meal planning based on my individual planning. Definitely a 5* rating trainer who for anyone looking for a personal trainer.

I suffer from MS and I have been working with Gareth for 6 months now. The improvement in my leg strength and overall confidence is brilliant! Gareth has really helped me believe in myself and the improvements with my physio speak for themselves. Couldn't be happier
