It's been a pleasure to work alongside Kim. Coming from another Estate Agent, Estate Agents working together is one of the biggest hurdles when it comes to selling properties that are in a chain. Ensuring that everyone works together to keep it together. Sadly this doesn't always happen and sales are left to progress on their own with no sense of urgency or help when there's bumps in the road. However in this instance between me and Kim, we've got a chain through to completion within 9 weeks! The industry standard currently is between 12-18 weeks and that isn't even when there's a chain. So this was a massive achievement! If you're looking to sell your home in sale I would definitely recommend Kim at The Property Man (It's too far me to travel from Bolton to help sell anyone's home haha) Thanks Kim!
