        AVOID - After instructing this firm to manage the purchase of my first home in May I have this week received an email saying they are no longer able to do the work as they are restructuring. With my mortgage offer due to expire this month they have left me in the dark with no support at all. Communication from the start was lack lustre and the after care after the situation they have put me in is even worse. After paying 400 upfront they have also refused to return my money to me so I am now having to take this further. Considering this is in the panel of solicitors for the Mann group it has been nothing but a shambles from the start. Do not use if you want to actually complete on your purchase.

        Avoid - catastrophic mishandling of commercial lease contracts in opposition to client instructions - attempts to resolve incredibly half-hearted , company did not reply to formal complaint within its own stated timeline. Embarassing and cynical.
