        We have used Bannister Preston as our conveyancer on two properties we have purchased over the last few years. Natalie was our contact for our recent sale & purchase, and was excellent from start to finish. Super efficient and responded to us very quickly, which was much appreciated during a stressful few months. I would very much recommend.

        DO NOT USE, poor service, incredibly slow, refusal to look at any documents, refusal to negotiate terms with the seller, cost me double in fixing all of the legal issues caused by this firm.

        Avoid ! Solicitors who cant copy an address correctly and dont follow up on their work. I completed and full staircasing redemption for Help To Buy nearly six months ago, I asked why I havent received the Land Registry Document stating this, I was told they are behind schedule but it turned out that when I asked the HTB lender, Bannister Preston sent the DS1 form with a wrong spelling of my address!!!
