Dave and his team were fab, our extension was completed during lockdown 1 which was obviously a very difficult time but Dave was great at keeping things progressing. Hes very hardworking and a big character. His work is outstanding and the site is always kept clean and organised which was great. Would definitely recommend- very fair price for great work!

This firm has done two major jobs in our small grove and ,as a neighbour while this has been happening over months and months, I have to commend their courtesy and consideration. They have managed with no real negative impact on us as neighbours.

He is a brilliant builder I have seen. Very professional and knows the job well. He completed the job on time which is very important in his profession. I got a 2 floor extension done and he guided very professionally from the beginning. He addressed all our requirements and issues immediately. Happy to recommend him anytime

Maison Build completely renovated my period property. A new layout was designed to create extra space and to compliment the original house. The new windows and front door have brought the outside of the house back to life whilst the new kitchen and bathrooms look fantastic and are a great quality. Maison Build also added an extension to compliment the existing house. The design and workmanship are to an extremely high standard. Once the house was complete Maison Build also undertook the task of landscaping the garden which now looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Maison Build for extensions, renovations and landscaping.

Maison build were suggested to me by my architect and I have found the service offered to be professional. We had our garage converted into a dining room/kitchen with folding doors into the garden. We also had our existing kitchen removed from upstairs where we used to have an open plan kitchen/dining/living room. This area was then converted into a bedroom with en-suite with a new wall to create a separate living room. We also boarded a large section of our loft to create extra storage space. Lastly we updated our existing bathroom with a complete overhaul. Costings for our renovations were clear from the start. A good reliable service.
