We used Herbert Murray for a funeral recently and the service they provided was outstanding. Steph guided us through the process beforehand and nothing was too much trouble - this was particularly appreciated at such a stressful time. The staff were kindness itself they couldn't have been more sympathetic and helpful nothing was too much trouble.They answered all our questions and gave us much needed advice and suggestions. They arranged everything for us including a very gentle and skillful Celebrant to present the service .Everything they arranged went like clockwork on the day of the funeral when we needed it most. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to everyone, their charges were very competitive and came in under the initial estimate. Thank you so much to Robbie and Steph and all the staff.

From the moment we met Robbie we knew that Herbert Murray were the funeral directors for us. She understood us and seemed to know what we were thinking before we did. The care and compassion Robbie and Steph showed to our whole family was amazing. They advocated for us and provided the most highly professional yet personal service. The funeral was beautiful which I didn't think I would ever be possible especially my Mum's funeral. Can't recommend highly enough.

A huge thank you to Steph and Robbie the absolute consummate professionals. We suddenly lost a very dear family member recently which was a shock to us all but with their help, kindness and compassion we somehow got through it. They are the most loving and thoughtful, caring people I have ever met. I cannot praise Robbie and Steph enough, they helped us through a difficult and sad time with such kindness and humanity. They guided us through the process reducing any anxieties we had. Robbie was especially kind on the day of my Dads funeral, supporting all the family especially my Mum which I'm so grateful for. Thank you both for taking care of Dad x
