        As previous comment below, took all details, stated have a claim as recommended by Gladstone Brookes. Now unable to contact, number doesn't exist and website disappeared.

        Received my ppi payment from my bank then received my letter for payment to arch hall which I paid by bank transfer on the 11/3/19 now I am getting letters and texts from a company called rapid reclaim saying they have taken over arch hall and require payment for the work on my ppi claims I have spoken to them on the phone but they keep sending texts for payment does this company know what they are doing very unprofessional
