I Have found them utterly un-reliable, Difficult to reach, Unable to co-ordinate with any kind of external service. Clients have had budget plans cut up without any notice and their daily money reduced without explanation until we chased it up. The organisation I work for has had to nag them to give clients any idea of what's going on with their money. We have had to re-submit paperwork multiple times to get the basics done such as registering as named carers. We have been misled when contacting them in regards to registering for carers cards (or equals cards, Who knows the answer changes whenever we reach out) which we are still waiting for and is due to arrive in ?? weeks. Currently there is a risk of a client going hungry because of them.

DO NOT GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE!! Absolutely appalling service, hiding under "help for disadvantaged!" Do not go near them! Currently (2022), been suspended by DWP, and pending court action! They will not reply to correspondence, or pass on pension payments paid to them by DWP on behalf of vunerable adults!! They do not rate one star.....only further legal investigation!

Not reliable service. I will refer them to Court of Protection! Do not use them.
