        **Extremely poor customer service, never return calls when they say they will, spent thousands with them and have different blind types and motorised blinds that need attention, cant seem to get a call back from anyone - AVOID AT ALL COSTS**

        Worst customer expeience ever. They took the whole money as advance and have not completed the installation for 3 months. Installed just half part and rest half part lost. Revisited again but again with incomplete/wrong part. Everytime I follow, they just give excuses.. Very unprofessional behaviour and not concerned about customers. PLEASE DON'T TRUST APPLE BLIND SALE for any service.

        It's taken until today, 21st December, to get the plantations shutters I ordered mid-September, to be fitted correctly. They took longer than promised to arrive and then when they did they weren't the right measurements. They are in now and look great, but the customer service from Apple Blinds in Sale has been shocking. I've had no apology for the error and no offer of compensation. Words come free, Apple Blinds, worth bearing in mind considering how much competition is out there.... These are the most expensive window furniture you can buy yet I couldn't feel like less of a valued customer.
