I have seen Dr. Yao for more than ten sessions of acupuncture for various pain problems. Dr. Yao is very knowledgeable and shows great sense of responsibility, he always listen to my concerns patiently. Recently I had trapped nerve pain from neck all the way down to my finger tip ouch! After 3 sessions of acupuncture with Dr. Yao, the symptoms have improved a lot. I found his back double needle technique quite special, boosted my energy instantly every time. No issues with the accupuncture treatment but had to stop after a few sessions because of the endless prying questions Dr Mei had about other Chinese practioners in the local community, who I would sometimes see for treatments. Questions on all aspects of how other practitioners ran their businesses including pricing & even personal matters. I would go in for a treatment to resolve one issue & come out with another headache.

I have been brining my dad for the past 7 months to see John. After going to the doctors alot and not getting any better, we were told about this clinic. When we came and saw John, we saw improvement within the first session and subsequently we have seen a big improvement in my dad. John and Mei have been fantastic and they have explained everthing that they do perfectly, every step of the way. I don't know what my dad's situation would be at present if it had not been for John and Mei. Thank you very much

My son was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in September, the flare up was so bad he had to drop out of school which affected his mental health as well. The Western treatment alone didn't shop the symptom, luckily we found Dr. Xing who miraculously stopped his bowel bleeding and diarrhoea with a combination treatment of acupuncture and herbal medicine. she has been very caring, spending time talking to my son and even went extra mile to encourage him to join her group badminton exercise. My son always feel better after seeing Dr Xing. We will continue to see Dr. Xing, hopefully with right diet and Chinese treatment in safe hands, his colitis will be cured permanently!
