Started seeing Jo last November as my long-term back trouble was in need of attention. Some intense sessions, sound advice and an ongoing excercise programme are all helping to get me going in the right direction, for sure. Jo is incredibly conscientious, thorough and has gone above and beyond to work with me on my case. Would gladly recommend...

As my previous osteopath who had been looking after me since 1985 has just retired I needed to find a replacement. Luckily I have now found and visited twice Joanna Pinches at Bredon Hill, and I can honestly say how helpful she is. I found her very knowledgeable regarding Osteopathy, polite and extremely helpful. Would defiantly recommend. 03/2019

Just the best osteopath for me, so much more than that, fascia, muscluar, cranial plus complimentary exercises and movement for you to take control of your journey to better mobility and pain free daily life. She has also treated my 14yr old who highly rates her too, and keeps reminding me I need to book him back in! Really can't recommend Jo highly enough ..

I highly recommend Jo. She is an excellent osteopath. My frail, elderly Mom, had a marked improvement in pain and mobility after two gentle sessions with Jo, which were carefully tailored to safely treat an acute deterioration of a severely arthritic knee. Jo has also treated me for injuries sustained in a recent cycling accident. I was in pain and finding it increasingly difficult to walk in the days before seeing her. Her diagnostic skills are exceptional - she identified the full extent of the damage (and didn't miss any pre-existing issues either). Then using a range of structural osteopathic and craniosacral techniques, she unwound the tissues disrupted by the impact and treated the injured muscles and ligaments. After one treatment, the pain and stiffness had gone and I could walk normally again. Her timely intervention certainly speeded up my recovery and, I suspect, also averted the long term complications that inevitably follow injuries like these (if patients don't get help early from a super osteopath like Jo!).

I would highly recommend an appointment with Jo - alongside great treatment it was very educational and I came away feeling more aware of my body and the areas troubling me (which interestingly weren't the ones causing the pain!). Jo explains everything in great detail and not only treats you during the session but sends you away with life changing exercises which make a huge difference in a very short space of time. I will definitely be back again but there was no pressure and no necessity for countless sessions.
