        Very helpful initially, telephone receptionists very friendly and courteous. Dave who came to do the investigation equally friendly and helpful, arrived on time, explained the process and discussed results. Unfortunately we had to wait over a week after full payment before the written report reached us which was disappointing when we had stressed the urgency as our estate agent was waiting for it.
