Harmony with Hope Therapy

Would recommend Hope for Harmony Therapy for workplace wellness sessions. Kathy has been someone Ive had the privilege & pleasure of working with. Her sessions are always well received, highly recommended her childrens wellbeing classes for Early Years settings or educational environment.

Had multiple treatments by Kathy and would definitely recommend to everyone. Makes you feel at home and at ease. I always come away feeling relaxed and stress-free. Friendly and welcoming and she actually cares about you as a person. I can't wait till my next appointment x

Kathy is amazing at what she does. I felt extremely relaxed and had a very good experience, with the Indian head massage followed by the reiki. I can't wait to book in again.

Ive used Kathy for Reiki and meditation for a while now and absolutely love my appointments- I always come away feeling lighter and more positive. She makes me feel so at ease and her passion for helping people really shines through. Ive learnt a whole new way of seeing myself and the world since knowing Kathy - Id really recommend for anyone wanting to do more for their well-being!

Kathy delivers amazing Meditation classes. it really has made a difference in my everyday life. If anyone is looking for a new hobby I would highly recommend trying out one of her classes :) xx
