Poor quality of installation of the shower that now leaks. Shower base has not been levelled correctly as water either stands still or runs out onto bathroom floor. No seal can be found on joining shower panel to tiled wall which also results in leaking, as per photo. Shower door also leaks underneath as again, no sealant has been applied. The original quote consisted a full extractor fan being fitted. This has not been factored into the new bathroom. When confronted about this, AJL quoted "just knock 40 off the remaining payment." Quotes from other plumbers and quotes from Checkatrade.com suggest a new supply and fit extractor fan should be at least 350+. Clearly trying to pull a fast one there. Finally when asked to come back to seal the shower and rectify their poor installation, we were greeted with "it's not us, it's B&Q" clearly stating they've washed their hands with the job. As suggested at the time, we invited AJL to fit our new kitchen, but we will most definitely not be going ahead with this. Didn't manage a full days work the whole time of the job. The only positive to come from this was the tiler who did a fantastic job. (Friends of AJL) Services: Toilet installation, Shower installation

I have used AJL Plumbing & Heating previously so when I decided to completely refurbish the en-suite Andy was the first person I called. He even advised me on which tiles/units would look best and where. He and his team are professional, polite, courteous and respectful. He is a very chirpy, friendly and approachable chap His interpersonal skills and customer service is second to none. He kept me informed at every stage of the work. Nothing is too much trouble for Andy.....and as for the en-suite..... Wow....it looks fantastic If you want the best then this is your man
