Ive been at this gp since being born, and since the original doctor who had the same day appointments were truly the only genuine doctor here, since 2018,2019 my doctors havent even booked me in for a proper appointment unless its a telephone one, when they do and I turn up they say its not been booked, Ive had many problems over the years and the doctors they have right now are so rude and dont care, Ive needed hospital appointments but not been able to get them as my doctor wouldnt refer me, Ive needed appointments with other nhs care and still they havent done nothing about it, half of them sound like they dont know what they are doing, the women at the office always have the phone on user busy when times Ive been stood outside the door calling and no one is even picking it up, we cant just walk in now and ask for an appointment so when we try with the women they are just as bad as the nurses honestly worse doctors Ive ever come across, no help from them what so ever, you could be dying and they wouldnt give a toss
