Initial service was good. Door broke 10 days out of the 1 year warranty. I phoned to try and find a solution as this would lead to closure of the business if it could not be done on the same day, I explained that it was urgent and needed doing that same day if they could not help I would understand with the tight time frame and i would try to find someone else. I also explained it was a few days over warranty. They said they would grab the file out and get straight back.... No call back, when i cased it up early afternoon they told me it was out warranty nothing they could do and by this time it was too late to find someone to fix the problem causing the business to temporarily close. With the staff member replying with I have been out the office what do you expect me to do???
