Terrible service from the manager. He put the phone down on us! Not had good experience I will not recommend any one you and hire cheap from other tool hire company. We went in shop to hire the mini mixer the guy on the shop said it is 48 plus vat for week. I paid 150 as deposit I told them I might keep it for more then week they said its fine and said they will give me discount if I keep it 2week. We had mixer for 2 weeks. When they collect mixer they leave invoice with builder with no charged details. When I called them to check how much they have charge us for 2 weeks and can I get my remaining money back manager said I owe them money because I had it for 15 day. When I said we hired on Tuesday 18th Oct and they collected on Tuesday 1st nov. He goes we hired 10:00 on Tuesday and they collected 1200 on Tuesday. They charge me 1 day extra for them collecting it 2 hours late and Man on the phone said they charge 60 plus vat for mini mixer. I said it is not what I been told when I came. He said that is the charge we can not do anything and do not come to our shop and refuse to explain me. I went to get invoice they refuse to give me one. I will not hire from them and tell all me friend not to go NTH. Thank you for your reply on this post.. I like the way you lie. Can you please share recording and prove it. I spoke with female and I was threatening you. Please listen recording again you will find out you were threatening me.

Terrible service from the manager. He put the phone down on us! We hired the tools and after dropping them off at our house we received no paperwork at all. After they charged us my husband wanted to see the invoice so we called them for one and the manager refused to give us an invoice because we didnt have an ST number - we tried to explain that we didnt receive any paperwork at all and he wouldnt listen to my husband (I could hear how loud the manager was and wouldnt give my husband a chance to explain) and then just put the phone down. He wouldnt at all even ask his driver about this assuming that we were lying. Appalling customer service. I will never use you ever again and be sure to let all my friends know who are looking to hire tools. I will also be sure to share this customer service on local groups. How could a manager of a business put the phone down on a customer. I sure hope the owner reads this and takes action.
