One of the best CrossFit gyms around and the best in the North West, undoubtedly. Gritstone is a very welcoming group of people that spans from beginners and resolutioners to European and world-class athletes alike. They're willing to help with any issues; advise on nutrition, rehabilitation and mobility to get the best out of your training and make the most of your health. I'd never trained in CrossFit before as someone with a limb-difference, but the team were able to assist in any adaption which helped get on with it! Highly recommended bunch!
