    Some staff lack courtesy with customers!!!! A member of staff on the repos today thought that screwing their face up, whilst using an inappropriate manner to me, when simply asking to double check a transaction, He thought this was the correct way to approach a customer????....Who was simply asking about a transaction being successful or not. When a wireless/contactless transaction goes through (on the customers side) and an audible sound is also chimed to alert the customer to a successful transaction.....if a sales assistant then asks to re present the card again. Most customers would ask to double check this. Pulling your face should not be in his code of conduct and he should rightly check this without pulling his face and making a customer feel as if he should just accept it and feel embarrassed to be asking in front of other paying customers. Young asian member of staff on the repos today between 6.30pm and 7.30pm on Sunday 2nd April 2023 needs retraining in customer facing roles. Undermining and embarrassing a customer is not the way to respond to such a request. J

    I have to say this tesco is lovely including their staff however the security men make you feel so uncomfortable staring you down following you , im not sure if its because of the colour of my skin but it has made me feel i dont know just horrible to be honest and i think tesco needs to talk to their security about not stereotyping people, its disgusting, no one else in the shop was getting followed or stared at just myself i was literally trying to find some juice for my family
