We all know who wears the pants in that shop! The lady (if you can call her that) went off good and proper because I had a parcel that I was dropping off for UPS. She said she had just had a beer delivery and didn't have the time or space for my parcel. Before I could say anything she was off in a rage! I own multiple businesses, I would never ever ever treat one of my customers like that. I didn't even get chance to say "hello". I have dropped off many parcels in the past with the man, he is always very friendly and polite. Every time I go in I spend something to make it worth their while. Not any more. Lost a UPS parcel commission here AND a continued customer.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I took a parcel into the shop at 15:23. Upon entering the shop I was told the delivery driver had left. Not the end of the world!! even though it states on the site I have till 15:30 i understand at times every minute counts. I said "ok that's unfortunate I suppose it will have to go tomorrow". She replied "yes well bring it back tomorrow". She then flew into a rage stating she is not a storage company. I explained she offers a service which is through Ups and offered on their website! She should act like an ambassador as ultimately affiliated with your company. This shop should be offering the service it signed up for and is definitely not. Obviously this shop can not offer this service as in her own words the premises are not fit for purpose BEING ABLE AND WILLING TO ACCEPT A BOX WITHIN THE SIZE PERIMETERS maybe she should rethink the partnership with UPS Total lack of customer service professionalism and human decency. Felt slightly judged due to being in scruffy work clothes and health issues hindering confrontation and interaction Im sure youll be notified of a complaint made by your affiliate.
