Contacted Clearer Images for my cancorder repairing. Was able to quote via email and easy enough to send off. Camcorder was fixed within a week and now works perfectly. Very happy with the service!

*SMASHED MY GH5 Screen* Was hiking in the Lake District dropped my cam, and my screen smashed but luckily camera was still working. This was on a Sunday, messaged a couple companies and Michael was the only one who responded on the day. Sent the camera to him next day and got it back within 8 days. All in working order, and gave me a free screen protector too. His an absolute blessing to humanity. THANK YOU!!

Broke the mount on my 100-400 lens, tried wex who I bought it from who said they recommend sending direct to Panasonic. Contacted Panasonic who responded 3 days later with a phone number to ring. In the meantime Id emailed clearer images who gave me what I consider to be a fair price to repair. Sent it off Monday and had it back on camera like brand new on the Friday and thats only because Royal Mail messed up and delivered it to him a day later than I paid for. Brilliant communications and fantastic repair
