Several times our delivery has arrived missing a drink or part of the order. This evening a pizza was missing. The Ubereats driver said he was given 3 boxes and 2 drinks, so I called Fat Bobs and the pizza was still there. He said can I come and pick it up?! Which defeats the whole point of paying for delivery! Ive just been told by another member of staff that he wont give me a refund and that I need to take it up with Ubereats. It shouldnt be this painful!
