Just arrived straight from the GPs surgery to collect my sick daughters prescription. When the GP asked if I wanted it sent to Craddocks I hesitated as Ive had such bad experiences. But I checked online it was open and the GP reassured me it would be sent through immediately. Ive arrived, with my sick daughter and two year old and the pharmacy is shut: at 13.50 on a Saturday.

Every time I go in there they have the same excuse. Today I was told we have the prescription but cannot dispense it as the systems are down. That was the same line spun on both previous occasions and months ago. They are just not fit for purpose. Wont be using them ever again. Lucky to get 1/5.

Saturday morning, no signs that the store was shut but waited 15 mins, door locked but someone was in the back room couldnt get hold of any customer service either the store or the central help line. Will not be using them again, but I need my prescription.

I don't like leaving bad reviews. However, I ordered a prescription with Lloyds Online Doctor to pick up at this pharmacy. When I went to collect it the pharmacist refused to give it to me because he had an incorrect name on the system. I showed him my ID, and email confirmation, but he still refused. So, I asked how I could get my money back, and the answer was you can't. Horrific service, I won't use them again.
