Absolutely 5star service from Gareth. We are so lucky that we came across Gareth during the course of our housesearch. Infact he has to be one of the best estate agencies around. Gareth comes across as extremely knowledgeable and personable. He made the whole process so easy that it took the stress out of the purchase. A true, family run, bespoke firm. Gareth is a genuinely decent man and a real pleasure to deal with. This takes a lot of stress out of what can be a challenging experience. As a buyer I was treated fairly and respectfully by Gareth, who takes the time to make sure realistic negotiations can take place without rushing through or dismissing questions. In a market of blind auctions and being treated awfully as a buyer, its good to know its still possible to phone an estate agent to talk things through, ask questions and not be fobbed off or ignored!
