Joint Mechanics Osteopathy & Physiotherapy

I have visited various osteopaths over the years, This time, I decided to go local and visit Joint Mechanics. Howard is not only very jolly and friendly, but he gets the job done! Never have I ever walked out of my previous osteopath visits feeling like I was walking on air! I now dont bother with spa massage treatments as Howards methods work 100 times better and so worth it!

After suffering with pain in the front of the neck for some time, I decided to book in with Joint Mechanics as a friend had recommended them to me. I was treated by Andy who carried out a full examination and explained what had happened and gave me some home postural changing exercises. After three adjustment visits and making the exercises part of my daily routine I vastly improved. I have now fully recovered and off all anti-inflammatory medications that I was taking to mask the symptoms. Highly Recommended.

Really good osteopath. Andy treated my left knee and I am very happy with the results. He listens carefully to properly understand the problem. Tests different things and asks many questions to do a proper analysis. He is 100% available for any consultation in person or by phone and likes to follow up to make sure the treatment is working. If Andy is treating you, you are in good hands.

I came to see Andrew in November 2015 with a pain on the left side of my neck. It had been causing me problems for about 2 weeks. He worked out that it was caused by my sitting position at work. He gave me some advice on simple changes that I could make to my desk, and after 2 treatments of Osteopathy, my neck pain was gone! Thank you so much!!
