The whole process was torrid and seemingly unnecessarily lengthy, but V&H were NOT to blame. They worked hard when able to, and I felt fully supported at all times. Their responses to requests, information etc. were quick and accurate. They also conveyed requests & suggestions to the buyer, which were quickly resolved, and this helped to keep a calm atmosphere.
