I am lucky to own a Shure Ultra 500 cartridge but needed to get 4 styli repaired. The work this company did was incredible. The sound quality is as good if not better than the original stylus. At 120 each and a replacement original bought in 1996 for 140 I say I got an incredible bargain Well done lads and may you stay at the forefront of British Engineering skill!

I sent my worn out Denon DL103R cart to Expert Stylus. 360 sounds like a lot for just a new cantilever and tip. So my expectations were fairly high. I neednt have worried. Trust me when I say records I had given up on are now not just beautiful, theyre a new experience. Even thin 1980s albums pressed on worn-out machinery by greedy record companies sounds genuinely delectable. And then there are my favourites... As I sit here writing this Im listening to Buddy Holly Peggy Sue and I can hear the characteristics of the studio, Buddys pause for breath between sentences, the limitations of the 1950s microphone, the change in the mixers priorities on the desk. I have NEVER heard this before. I feel like Ive been listening from another room in the past, the difference is that stark. Your 300 cart becomes a 2000 challenger and more, for peanuts. Its the biggest upgrade youve ever heard. Go to Expert Stylus, do not hesitate. Their products are nothing short of miraculous. Real quality hifi from real enthusiasts. I promise youll be as stunned as I was.
