The GDPR Compliance Analyst

Uncertain whether our approach to marketing to new prospects and to existing clients was compliant with the GDPR we contacted the GDPR Compliance Analyst. As a sales team manager there were plenty of opportunities to fall foul of the new regulation when handling subject access requests from a large database of clients and prospects. Mike produced our GDPR documents and advised on how to modify our prospect and client communications and our administrative practices to reduce the risks to our operation. He also formally documented and trained us on various processes and provided staff training. Were now confident we are doing things right and know who to turn to if things go wrong. We have just opened a private medical practice in Reigate Surrey and understood we needed to comply with the GDPR because of the sensitive health data we collect (so that we can advise on our clients treatments). We didnt know how to prove we were compliant so Mike produced the formal GDPR documents, trained staff and showed us how we needed to adapt some of our procedures and question our suppliers to keep all our client data safe. We are now confident we are protecting both our patients privacy and our business.
