Fi is super professional and clearly knows what shes doing. She explained everything and made sure I was at ease. This was my first time having my tear troughs done and was amazed by the results, just the right level of treatment, subtle, but still can notice a difference. Thank you!

Fiona is fantastic. So professional and full of knowledge, she takes her time with the consultation so its more than just walking in the door and getting the treatment done. She discusses everything with you and is honest. Ive been seeing Fiona for 10 years and fully trust her, my treatment is amazing everytime.

I messaged Surrey Hills Clinic after seeing some great reviews about it, still nervous to go forward with any treatment (as I hadn't had anything done before) I was looking in to tear trough filler as I have struggled incredibly with this and it has knocked my confidence hugely. On the day of my consultation/ treatment I was super nervous but was greeted with a welcoming smile and the warmest, calmest aura. The clinic is beautifully clean and kept immaculately. Walking in to the treatment room I was reassured every step of the way, explained to in detail about the procedure and complimented on my skin. It was so refreshing to have someone look at me and not try and hard sell anything and I couldn't have felt safer! During the treatment I felt unwell due to personal health issues and a few tears were shed but with a kind ear, a mop up and the previous health care experience I felt at ease and like I could carry on. At no point was I rushed and at every step my welfare was the most important thing. I'm thrilled with the outcome and would recommend so highly!! Will definitely come back and wouldn't trust anyone else! Thank you for such an amazing job and experience

I met Fiona three weeks ago when I came to the clinic concerned about my dark circles. They have bothered me all of my life and I just wanted to see if tear trough treatment would help, after all i have considered getting it done for years! Fiona was so kind and considerate. She took the time to discuss the issue with me, get to know me and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable - she even said to me that she really does not think I need this treatment. It was just what I needed in that moment of real anxiety - I needed someone warm and understanding to talk to and advise what to do from there and that is exactly what I got. Would highly recommend this clinic, they are just the loveliest of people and are so good at what they do and have made me feel like I can take on the world now.
