Woodlands Reflexology

Highly Recommend Lauren for reflexology. It was the most blissful way to start the week. I always thought you needed to have a problem or an issue to need Reflexology so Id never been but I went for some me time and it was the best me time Ive ever had! Great to have some time off my feet being a busy mum of two little ones. Will be recommending all my mummy friends to go and do the same!

So excited to have such an amazing reflexologist on my doorstep! Lauren is incredible! Shes so personable and knowledgeable, and she puts you at complete ease. I have really experienced so many benefits from my treatments with her over the past few months - not just improvements in my aches and pains, but also better sleep and just some really wonderful relaxing me time too! Highly recommend!!

Had the most AMAZING session with the lovely Lauren at Woodlands Reflexology. Such a relaxing and spiritual environment and I woke up the next day feeling energised and with less aches and pains (not to mention the BEST nights sleep) It was my first ever session and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended xxx

I found the reflexology treatment was amazing. It was incredibly relaxing and not only did I have a really good nights sleep afterwards, I also felt completely revitalised the next day. Lauren has a way of making you feel totally relaxed and you immediately feel youre in good hands. I will certainly be back for more.
